This term Grace has gained lots more control with her breathing on freestyle, she is rolling to breathe nicely, this is helping her to complete her 25m freestyle without stopping. Grace has also worked hard on her backstroke and breaststroke techniques, great work Grace.

The Cross Country
On the big day I had to cheer on the runners. They went so fast at the start that some didn't even finish at the end. Finally it was my turn to run. When the gun went I tried to run as fast as the runners so I knew where to go. I ran as fast as I could but I was too slow. I was too slow to win . It was hard because the hills were really steep and slippery. I thought I was going to fall over but I didn't.
